Episode 3 features country music star Miranda Lambert as she shows Dave and Virginia around Lindale, Texas, where she grew up under the watchful eyes of her private investigator parents. “From Cradle to Stage” (Paramount+): The series, directed by Dave Grohl and inspired by his mother, Virginia Hanlon Grohl, continues to explore the special relationship between successful musicians and their moms. “Law & Order: Organized Crime” (10 p.m., NBC): As Wheatley finalizes plans with a new client, Richie takes a big step in joining the family business. Maggie keeps a watchful eye on Meredith as Bailey and Richard put off telling her about DeLuca. “Grey’s Anatomy” (9 p.m., ABC): Jackson shares his big news with his colleagues while Koracick and Levi fight to save a pregnant woman’s grandfather as she goes into labor. That prompts the Baxter family and friends to gather for an emotional good-bye. In the storyline, Mike’s beloved truck is stolen - just as he completes his 10-year renovation on it. The end arrives in the form of back-to-back farewell episodes, the last half hour of which was written by Allen. Thursday, Fox): The popular Tim Allen sitcom that suffered a controversial death on ABC (2011-2017) before finding new life on Fox is now pulling the plug for good. Meanwhile, a seemingly natural disaster leads Saanvi to make a bold move. Tonight, Ben’s pursuit of a vulnerable Passenger’s Calling lands him in the crosshairs of an enemy. “Manifest” (8 p.m., NBC): Strange things continue to go down on the airplane crash drama.
